Is your hostel listed on Hostelio but you haven't taken ownership yet? Follow these simple steps to claimed it and start managing it from your dashboard.

How It Works

Step 01

Create an Owner Account

Register on Hostelio by selecting "Hostel Owner" as your account type. If you already have an account, please Login/Sign In.

Step 02

Find Your Hostel

From your Owner Dashboard, open the "Claim Hostel" tab. Select your city, then search through the listings to find the hostel you own.

Go to Dashboard

Step 03

Submit a Claim

Click the "Claim" button next to your hostel. The status will change to "In Progress" and our team will receive an instant notification.

Step 04

Verification Call

Our team will call the number registered with your hostel to verify ownership. Please make sure your contact details are accurate.

Step 05

Hostel Transferred

Once verified, we will approve the transfer. The hostel will immediately appear under your account and the claim status will show "Claimed".
